This hotel offers a fantastic selection of meals, features units with a bath, and has a perfect location just a stone's throw from the airport.

The property was fairly clean and staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable. Overall it was spotlessly clean and fine with a bath. The rate was £ 299.

Even though staff were very helpful,they were hampered by the fact that they were unable to make any outgoing calls from reception or even use internet to give advise to guest. Business centre needs to improve as very antiquated facilities available.It would also be helpful if they installed telephones in each room to make outgoing calls.

Their website uses false advertising. They did not accept credit cards as advertised. They do not offer a shuttle service from the airport as advertised ($30 extra for both ways). There was barely any heating when temperature got down to freezing. The staff, while very nice, was not competent in resolving these issues and the owner preferred to sleep and leave the inexperienced staff to handle the situation poorly.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Ecotel for a day and found myself wishing I could stay longer. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. the staff were excellent, providing fantastic service throughout my visit. Plus, its central location made it easy to access the business district and nearby supermarkets, which was a huge bonus. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to this lovely place!

I had a fine stay in a long time. The hotel was clean, the rooms were big and fine. Magnificent location to the shops or wherever, all was great. Plus, it was really close to the central business district and the international airport and certain areas. Liked the room with a bath, my bed was extremely comfy.

The shuttle service does not exist. On the Ecotel website they say 'free airport pickup between 06.00hrs and 18.00hrs. We arrived at 16.hrs at the airport and had already emailed the Ecotel to tell them we needed picking up at that time. Nobody showed up to collect us. We called them from the airport information desk and the receptionist said she would send someone right away. Once we arrived at the hotel the driver asked for payment. It turns out he was just a regular taxi driver and that the hotel does not offer any shuttle service, free or otherwise to and from the airport as stated on their website. They need to change this as it is false information.
